Ryan joined HDH directly after completing his undergraduate studies in 2023 from the University of Mississippi with a BBA in Finance. His responsibilities include conducting industry research, preparing detailed valuation reports, and reviewing the work of junior analysts, particularly in employee stock ownership plans and strategic planning.

Outside of work, Ryan is an avid Chelsea F.C. fan who stays active playing rec league soccer, and enjoys painting and hiking in his free time.
