Since 2021, Morgan has provided comprehensive business valuation services at HDH, focusing on ESOPs, estate and gift tax, management planning, 409A, fairness opinions, and repurchase obligation studies.
He earned his CPA in 2023 and holds dual degrees in Finance and Accounting with a minor in Actuarial Mathematics from Texas Christian University.

Outside of work, Morgan enjoys playing poker, being on the water, fishing, and golfing.
