Max joined HDH as a summer intern in 2025 and later worked part time while finishing his degree at the University of Iowa's Tippie College of Business, where he earned dual degrees in Finance and Risk Management/Insurance. He moved into a full-time role with the firm in spring 2026.

Outside of work, Max enjoys golf, weightlifting, and following football, he's a lifelong Iowa Hawkeyes fan. He spends his downtime with his girlfriend and their two kittens, Frank and Bean.
