As Chief of Staff, Kari is a strategic partner to the CEO while managing internal business operations and driving strategic initiatives. Her diverse background includes experience with large publicly traded corporations, building a family business, and leading several non-profit organizations. Kari graduated from Oklahoma State University with a degree in History and remains a Loyal and True member of the Cowboy family.

Outside of work, Kari enjoys living in Charleston with her college sweetheart, Scott, and her two adult sons, Conlan and Teagan. Whether she’s cooking, reading, catching a game, or out on the ocean, she brings energy and enthusiasm to everything she does.
