Drawing on experience in transaction advisory services, Jonathan has provided comprehensive valuation and corporate financial advisory services at HDH since 2017. His work predominately encompasses business and intangible asset valuations, complex securities valuations (convertible debt, swaps, put/call agreements, contingent consideration, options, etc.), mergers and acquisitions consulting, fairness and solvency opinions, incremental borrowing rate analyses, and family limited partnership valuations.

He holds two BBAs with concentrations in Finance and Accounting, along with a Masters of Professional Accountancy from Georgia State University. Jonathan is CFA Charterholder and a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Georgia.

Prior to joining HDH, Jonathan worked in EY’s Valuation and Business Modeling group. While at EY, he provided valuation and advisory services to numerous Fortune 1000 clients, both domestically and abroad. He gained significant experience in performing valuation engagements for financial reporting purposes, contemplated mergers and acquisitions, and income tax / general business planning. In addition, he supported EY’s audit practice, having reviewed numerous valuation opinions performed on behalf of EY’s audit clients. Prior to joining EY, Jonathan worked in PwC’s Assurance practice.

Outside of work, Jonathan pursues interests in running, weightlifting, reading, fishing, and chess, along with following Liverpool F.C. (YNWA!) and the Atlanta Braves.
