Ian Holloman

Ian is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) with the American Society of Appraisers and serves on the Advisory Committee on Valuation with the ESOP Association. Since joining HDH in 2012, his practice has focused on ESOP fairness opinions, annual administration and sustainability services, complex securities valuations (ASC 718, IRC 409A), transaction consulting, intangible asset valuations, and estate and gift tax planning.

Ian is a frequent speaker at industry conferences on valuation topics and holds a BBA in Finance from Kennesaw State University, where he graduated Cum Laude.

Ian lives in North Buckhead with his wife Monique, daughter, and family dog. An avid golfer, he cheers for the Atlanta Falcons, Alabama Crimson Tide, and Atlanta Braves.
