Gregory brings over twenty-five years of experience in business appraisals, litigation support, and corporate finance to HDH, where he has worked since 2007. He manages engagements across diverse industries, including agricultural, manufacturing, software and technology, real estate, construction, financial institutions, education, healthcare, automobile, and transportation. His valuations support mergers and acquisitions, ESOPs, management planning, financial reporting, and tax planning.
Gregory’s litigation support experience spans multiple jurisdictions, including Iowa, Georgia, Illinois, Minnesota, Michigan, Nebraska, South Dakota, and British Columbia, covering economic damage, stockholder disputes, business loss, forensic reconstruction, patent infringement, and marital dissolution cases.
He holds a Master of Jurisprudence from Drake University Law School, a Bachelor of Liberal Studies, and a Certificate of Entrepreneurial Management from the University of Iowa. He serves as Director for both the Iowa/Nebraska ASA Chapter and ESOP Association, and holds leadership roles on the ASA's Appraisal Review & Management National Committee, including Member At Large and Education Chair.
