Since 2021, Charles has provided valuation and financial advisory services at HDH, specializing in ESOPs, M&A, estate and gift planning, and other corporate matters. He also supports litigation engagements involving shareholder disputes, marital dissolution, and economic damages.

Prior to HDH, he worked in real estate valuation, focusing on affordable housing and LIHTC-financed multifamily developments, and provided consulting services to early-stage companies across healthcare, technology, and agriculture sectors.

Charles holds dual BBA degrees in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management from the University of Iowa’s Tippie College of Business. He is pursuing the ASA designation in Business Valuation.
