With over 20 years of experience, Andrew specializes in business valuation and litigation support services. His work encompasses valuations of closely held businesses for marital dissolution, economic damages, ESOPs, gift and estate taxes, charitable contributions, S Corporation elections, buy/sell agreements, and minority shareholder actions. He also provides litigation support through financial asset tracing, lost profit analysis, and cash flow calculations.
Andy holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the University of Saint Thomas and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Iowa. A past president of the Twin Cities Chapter of the American Society of Appraisers, he regularly speaks at valuation conferences and continuing education seminars.
His published works include co-authoring "Advanced Issues in Business Valuation and Division" for the Family Law Financial Deskbook and "Family Law Issues Affecting Businesses" for the Representing the Ongoing Business Deskbook.
